Refund policy

OrganicPricedBooks does not offer returns or exchanges.

In the event that a book is damaged or missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Minor damages (such as wrinkled dust jackets, small corner nicks) are non returnable/exchangeable 

Printing errors will be handled case by case basis.
Partial refunds will be offered on a case by case basis.

If a book is returned to us due to undeliverable address or nonauthorized return, the customer will be responsible for a restocking fee up to 20%.
