Q. When are your customer service hours?
A. Usually M-F 9am-5pm

Q. Do Pre-Orders get charged Immediately or ship date?
A. Pre-orders get charged immediately at check out.

Q. Will you be selling more titles?
A. Right now we are only selling new omnibuses due to storage capacity and limited capital, as the company grows with your help we will be able to provide more titles.

Q. How fast do you ship and are the books safely packaged?
A. ALL are books are surrounded by bubble wrap and books are usually shipped off same day or next day of the order. No books are shipped on sundays.

Q. If I have multiple books in 1 order will they be shipped together or all at once?
A. Each book will be shipped individually as they come in only for the US, unless requested to be shipped together.

A. For international shipping all books will be shipped together. Please place separate orders if you want books sooner then the latest release date. Ideally we can fit 5 omnibuses in 1 box for shipment.


Q. Do you do international shipping?
A. Yes if you add an item to your cart you can see the best shipping rates with the carrier of your choice.

Q. Will international shipping get cheaper?
A. At this moment this is the best rates we can get due to lack of international volume sales. You can try finding a freight forwarding company to use for cheaper rates.

Q. How Can I track my Order?
A. You can use the track orders tab, shop app, or subscribe to our email list/messenger app

Q. Can I cancel or edit my order?
A. Yes, you can go to your order history and click edit and this will cancel your current order so you can make your preferred edits.
Refunds usually take around 4-5 business days to process.

Q. How does Redeeming coupon work?
A. You can click redeem coupon, and in the same Rewards Tab you will have a new auto-generated coupon code to copy paste into the discount box at checkout.
